Shipping/Return Policy


Please allow at least 5-7 business days for processing. In Summer, we will ship MON-WED! This ensures packages are not sitting in a warehouse for long periods of time. Thank you for your patience. All products are shipped via USPS. Due to COVID-19, USPS has confirmed that orders will have a shipping delay. 

In Summer months, products do melt. Please be aware of shipment so you can collect them quickly. If they do melt, put the items in the fridge to firm back up. The benefits will still be there, we promise! 


Due to the nature of the product, returns cannot be made. However, if the product was damaged during transit, please email us to resolve the issue. Send an email within 24 hours of opening with a photo of damage. Items that are used will not be replaced by Body Treasure.

If there was an issue on our end, please email us at and we will happily try and solve the issue. Emails will be answered by the order in which they are received. Please include your order number as the Subject and have your name in the message! 

We are not responsible for wrong addresses or items sent to the wrong address unless it was an issue on our end. We are not responsible packages marked delievered by USPS that are lost or stolen, nor delays. Please call your local USPS office to resolve the issue.
